Information Collected Upon Registration. If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site which require login (the “Service”), you will be required to become a registered user (“User”) of the Service, accept the terms of our subscription agreement (“Agreement”) and authorize the Company to collect personally identifiable information (“User Data”). User Data that the Company may collect in such instances may include your IP address, full user name, password, email address, city, time zone, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us with, or that you decide to include in your public profile.

The Site and Service are compliant with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). The Site and Service are not directed to persons under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided the Company with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact the Company at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Company becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided the Site or Service with personal identifiable Information, the Company will delete such information.
The Company values your privacy and has taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. The Company therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. All Users of the Service may make any changes to their account information at any time by logging into the Service and going to the “Account Profile” page.
The Service displays select User Data to enable the delivery of certain features and functionality. The Company may also analyze User Data to improve the quality and benefit of the Service to its users. The Company will never display or analyze your User Data unless the Company is given explicit access.
